French Shallots

This is the first season we are growing shallots and very excited to offer them in our Farm Store in late summer. Shallots are favored for their mild onion flavor, yet are rich and sweeter. They are perfect to use in placement of onions in any dish. As always, the shallots are grown only using our own steer manure- no herbicides or pesticides.
